Louise Barker, a California native with family ties to both the U.S. and Canada, recently embarked on her real estate journey as a new agent with Glacier Sotheby's International Realty in Whitefish, Montana. Despite being a fresh face in the real estate scene, Louise brings a wealth of diverse experiences. Louise has dedicated her career to helping people of all ages. She started off spending four years as a US Navy Nurse, later got her Masters in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has spent the last thirteen years specializing in Wellness, Health Promotion and Cardio-pulmonary Rehabilitation. Ten years ago, Louise and her family chose the picturesque town of Whitefish to be their home. Her husband retired from the US Navy SEALs and got his MBA from the University of Montana. Their three kids have thrived in the Whitefish School District and have enjoyed playing many sports as well as all the fun the slopes, lakes and mountains have to offer. With a background in Nursing, including a Master's degree, Louise dedicated nearly three decades to healthcare, specializing in wellness, health promotion, and cardiopulmonary rehab, including four years active-duty in the Navy Nurse Corps, while her husband spent 22 years as an active-duty Navy SEAL. Ten years ago, Louise and her family chose the picturesque town of Whitefish as their home after her husband's retirement. Their three children thrived in the local school district, and Louise immersed herself in the community. Louise's decision to obtain a real estate license stems from her desire to continue helping people in a new capacity. While she may be a new face in real estate, Louise's commitment to integrity, compassion, and client satisfaction remains unwavering. Beyond real estate, she embraces the vibrant sports culture and enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Whitefish through gardening, hiking, skiing and lake adventures.
