Having spent years in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Katherine cut her teeth in commercial real estate with Colliers. There she spent her tenure as a developer consultant and tenant representative. Today, Katherine works with a variety of client-types including mid-size firms, large corporations, and even non-profits. She is well versed in working with local and state agencies, as well as the Federal government’s General Services Administration for lease opportunities and acquisitions. Katherine’s boasts 27 years of experience in commercial sales and property development.

Katherine’s passion is assisting her clients as an expert in project development from start to finish. Katherine Conrad is a fourth generation Montanan, and daughter of the renown Conrad family (Conrad County, Montana). Today she lives on Flathead Lake’s Finley Point with her husband, visiting daughters and grandchildren.
